Well, I dedicated a star to her name at the Mind Museum that’s being built at Bonifacio Global City.

As soon as I made the donation, this certificate came to my mail

A small gesture, but I think people who love my mother will appreciate this

This came with a certificate though which is cool.

Can’t wait for my next run… hopefully I can still get to do the Runrio Leg 1 in March!

Firstly because the night before the Condura Run, I decided to buy a shirt to wear.  We were at MOA to do that, my bro and nephew.  I selected a Large size shirt and proceeded to fit it when I discovered that… I’m now a MEDIUM!

Secondly, this was the first 10k that I did after a long time.  I wanted to do a 10k when I felt comfortable with the distance, and by now I felt so.

This is me and my MEDIUM(!!!) shirt and my medal… yes, there’s a medal!!!

This run, like my last 5k, was the most comfortable run that I did.  I was able to stick to my strategy and enjoy much of the race

I hope there are photos for this event and that they turn out great.  What a special event indeed

I love how it’s orientation makes it easy for you to go mid-foot

Anyway, we should sometimes reward ourselves.  We deserve it.

However far away we are from each other, we’ve remained friends.  We have been through so many things at Acn.

We should do this more often

But I’m just going to continue on, sans the inspiration. Even if the genius, muse or any outside force that affect me to do better than what I can do is not here right now, what’s important is I show up for my side of the deal.

Let’s just keep showing up, even in the most uninspired of times.

This I realized today… I had a lot of time to think because the net was down almost all weekend. A friend of mine has been constantly reminding me not to compare my maturity level from other people, even those younger than I am. Oftentimes I wonder why people don’t act the way I did when I was that age… And I should stop expecting that from others, because I would only get disappointed.

I understand now. People have unique journeys. People grow at different paces.

People always say that I only believe this because I have the opportunity to dream big, to affect profound change. But it works the other way around. I have those opportunities because I BELIEVE.

Enlightenment is a profound, emotional and spiritual experience in which an individual receives realizations and truths about their reason for being.
